Terms of Service

Kollavo is a marketplace that helps brands secure authoritative citation placements in third-party sources cited by AI search engines. We facilitate outreach, negotiation, placement copy, and publishing between brands and publishers.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each source lists an upfront price for a placement. You are charged only when you accept a confirmed Citation Request offer. If a placement does not go live as described, you will not be charged for it. Fees are non-refundable once a placement has been published, except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, or by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

You retain ownership of the content and brand materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver the service. Kollavo and its branding remain our property.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, or AI search outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kollavo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms or the service over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
